Natasha Lambert has over 21 years of real estate & mortgage experience. She has worked almost every major role in the mortgage industry, giving her a very diverse & unique understanding of the mortgage business.
Natasha was raised in Long Island, New York by a tireless single mother of three, who instilled in her a very strong work ethic and intense desire to help others in need. Growing up in very challenging circumstances caused her to become very independent and resourceful at a very young age. Natasha discovered that you can have whatever you want in life, so long as you were willing to build it and so long as what you were building brought value to others.
At the age of 18, before her classmates had even graduated high school, Natasha decided to start building her own real estate business. By her 2cd year she was a top producing Realtor. Natasha loves to grow, so in 2006 when she was offered a job as a loan officer in the mortgage industry with one of the nation’s biggest lenders, she decided to take it. She became a top producer at her branch within her first 6 months in the mortgage industry. After several years of originating home loans, Natasha decided that she wanted to better understand the operations side of the business and she became a loan processor. Over the next 3 years Natasha excelled in every role that she took, working her way up to the Regional Operations Manager for a large national lender.
Natasha’s very diverse resume and stellar reputation caused her to be recruited to Equifax where she won an Account Executive position over hundreds of other applicants. Natasha was hired to manage over 350 of Equifax’s mortgage lender accounts. Her primary role was to analyze her lender client’s mortgage process flows in order to provide clients with strategies to drastically improve their mortgage processes for greater efficiency & productivity. Natasha was extremely successful at this. In her first year she crushed her sales quota of $11M with an annual production of $20.5M.
Natasha decided that business to business sales was not fulfilling and she missed the intimacy of growing personal relationships and helping people to change their lives. She came back home to mortgage where she runs both Sales & Operations for the owner of Fortune Capital. She really finds her happiness in serving others and making them happy. This love for people makes her very successful in building long term, loyal relationships as everyone around her can feel how genuinely she cares for them. And her experience in the real estate & mortgage industries provides her with the ability to help her teammates, clients & Realtors at a service level that is nothing short of exceptional.
