Quick Underwriting Review/Approval
For this step, we’ll send you a disclosure that confirms all fees and interest rates as we head toward closing. We’ll also reach out about further documents that might be necessary to get it ready to a quick underwriting review.
Know Your Numbers
We’re not big on surprises and we suspect you aren’t either. That’s why we have your final numbers ready to review days ahead of your closing so you know exactly what to expect. Leading up to this point, you will have received an ample amount of updates from our team so you know exactly where you stand.
Your Closing
