Steve grew up in Eastern NC and attended college at UNC-Charlotte and East Carolina University. He began his mortgage career in Charlotte, NC in 1996.  In July of 2000 he made the move to Franklin, TN to continue his career in mortgage lending. As a licensed Loan Officer, former Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Investor and a homeowner, he has worked this industry from every side of the transaction for over 16 years and helps his customers make this one of the smoothest processes. Whether it’s buying, selling, investing, commercial or residential, he has you covered.
